13. Account Suspension and Deletion
The School reserves the right to suspend or delete Parent Portal accounts, without prior notice, in cases of repeated or serious violations of portal policies, terms of use, or school regulations. Actions that may lead to account suspension or deletion include—but are not limited to—abusive language, unauthorized access, misuse of portal features, or any conduct detrimental to the safety and integrity of the school community.
All such actions will be taken in accordance with due process and with appropriate communication to the concerned parent or guardian.
